  • How fresh is your subscription coffee?

    We roast and ship coffee on Mondays. Your coffee will arrive within the week, specifics dates depending on your UPS shipping zone.

  • Where do you get your coffee?

    Our coffee is sourced seasonally from around the world. Check our product descriptions and our blog section for more information about our seasonal offerings and the relationships we have with our farmers.

  • Do you roast our coffee to light, medium or dark?

    We roast each bean to the perfect point in its roast development produces the best flavor. Some beans have more chocolate-forward notes, others have fruity or floral notes. Each coffee is unique and roasted to perfection.

  • Can I brew it with a Keurig or use a K-Cup?

    Yes if you have a re-usable cup and a fine grind, you can use a K-Cup, learn more about it here.

  • Tell me about your decaf coffee, what is Swiss water?

  • How do I make changes to my coffee subscription?

    To edit your coffee subscriptions, login into your account. There you can edit the details of your coffee subscriptions.

     

    Changes must be made before 12:00 AM PST (midnight) Sunday to be reflected in the upcoming weeks order. Orders are roasted and shipped Mondays.

  • How do I change subscription frequency and duration?

    To edit your coffee subscriptions, login into your account.

    Click on the drop-down “view subsciption.” There you can cancel, suspend, skip a subscription, and renew or reschedule.

     

     

  • How do I update my shipping address?

    To edit your coffee subscriptions, login into your account.

    Click on the drop down menu option “Addresses.”

    There you can edit your subscription address.

  • How do I update the payment method for my subscription?

    To edit your coffee subscriptions, login into your account.

    Click on the drop down menu option “Payment Methods.”

    There you can edit your subscription payment details.

  • How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

    To edit your coffee subscriptions, login into your account.

    Click on the drop down menu option “My Subscription.”

    There you can edit your order details. You can skip a shipment, cancel, suspend, or renew your subscription.
